Borat from Kazkakikstan, an arab who speaks english badly, the joke here is more on the things he says that are ridiculous, but probably true in the arab states
and Bruno,a gay T.V presenter from austria, here its the accent and the gayness thast funny, in that he gets a load of american (sport not entertainmen) wrestler to jump around screaming "woooooo" like fucking faggots loads of times, claiming it wasn't loud enough, even tho these fuckwits are screaming their arses off, then askes them to say "velcome to ghay aushtrian t.v" and they are like, "what?..what the fuck, no we aint gay"
