ugh what is it with u ppl and remakes, if something kicks ass (FF7, MGS, etc.) cant u just leave it the way it is? why must it always be beat to death until it kills the fucking series.

MGS1 ruled,and ever since i played MGS2 i always wanted to see MGS1 revamped with new graphics...they done it and it looks great,so hush

Fair enough, I never really followed the MGS games. I played the first on the PS and finished it in one night, which was crap.

i love the classicness,which is why if theres going to be a remake it has to be the same EXACT same

the RE remake has fucked it all up,story and everything,but the additiosna re soooo cool,the defenise moves are great,having a dagger to stab into a zombies head if it grabs you,or a taser to kill em

but i know your qualm,i just would love to see MGS revamped,ummm and it has so i guess ill buy it B)

how can it be,if MGS2 pushed its engine to the limit...on abetter system how can the other ona slightly lower system,on smaller diskes(therefore not holding as much as 7GB) be better,its process of elimination moron

its all to do with the machine.

its the same reason why doom3 will look like shit on my pc and look great on Mik.
different machine.

its also why they never bothered to even consider putting doom3 or half life 2 on ps2.
sure it would have the same engine.

but that doesnt mean it look the same.

Capcom wanted on nintendo. Of course Sony woulda loved to have the re Re-make and sequals. Capcoms decision, not sony.

I got a cube for the RE games. but i've also played others that interested me. It's a good system, but still has that just for kids factor when it comes to a lot of the games. I like the PS2 more.

X-box may have the better graphics, but not the better games.

I hate it when people say Gamecube is aimed at kids. It's just generally more family friendly. Just because the majority of the games don't have guns and blood in them. Nintendo is just more about gameplay and innovation. It's still producing 2D games because the gameplay is classic and more suited to certain games. Just look at The Legend of Zelda: The Four Swords, and Viewtiful Joe.
