Shin, get off ur fucking soapbox. yes FF7 had a clear anime look to it. yes, AC is CGI thank you Captain Obvious. you say AC looks amazing compared to FF7 but think about it. ur comparing a movie made withthe most advanced graphics technology to a game that came out 7 years ago. i wasnt arguing that AC was anime cuz it cleary isnt. i was simply saying that we can have our opinions but its stupid arguing about whether AC is anime or realism because whatever the producers say it is, that's what it is. anybody proving anybody else wrong isnt going to make Square say " Let's change the movie based on their opinions!"

I generally look at a film now and decide it's shit before I go see it. That way I don't get disappointed as much. Probably why I enjoyed Van Helsing more than most people, I thought it was a great popcorn movie.
