getting back to the topic (yeah i know this makes me a hypocrite with the wrong definition)

there's a trade off here. if someone's robbing your house and you just let them do their thing, usualy you'll be ok. Now if you go pull a knife and he has a knife, guess what he'll do. Same with a gun

so here's another question, would you rather get in a gun fight over a posession or let him rob you and be done with it?

someone breaks into your home, they wish to rob you blind and they have an automatic 9mm pistol. now being hypothetical lets just say the criminal is stupid and isn't too experienced, leaves the safety on and tries to shoot you; the homeowner with an arsenal that has made you the worst nightmare of the ATF. now, hypothetically speaking in your hands is a spas-12 automatic shotgun, safety is off and 12 rounds in the fucking magazine. the criminal just tried to shoot you and is now fumbling with the safety catch on his pistol.....i say plaster his ass all over a goddamn wall and declare that match self-fucking-defense.

or you could go the home alone route and booby trap the entire house, only using bear traps, claymore land mines and bouncing betty mines, along with the occassional paint can on a rope.

there's another option for all of you who don't have the stomach to kill a would be theif. electrify your entire home, excluding your bedroom...have a remote at your side and before you go to sleep at night all comfy under the blankets, flip the switch and your home is now pulsing with 10,000 volts of electricity, on the inside only of course, wouldn't want to hear your neighbors accidently get fried for knocking on your door at 2 a.m. in the morning.
