He as shot turning that fortress raid in January, he actually saw Matthew Ford get shot dead He's out for 12 months on £3k a month with £6k compensation (though I personally doubt his entitlement) and he wants to get back in as soon as possible.

I think its probably similar to how some long term prisoners cant handle being set free.
