I hadn't actually thought of that.
But looking at the hands they look kind of girlish. Though if it is a guy then i suppose hand maintenance makes sense.
Either way they are tifa sized boobies.

dude that's an anime drawing huge breasts are a given.
I watched an anime yesterday where ever chick had a bigger set that Jordan ... EVERY chick it was retarded, they couldn't even fold their arms.
