awesomeness. very nice work. i dont see it as boring though

i must kno what u people use to create those layers over ur pictures like the little crosses or whatever kind of like the black border i had on mine but i had to make mine by hand using the shape and line tools and it still looked like crap. i kno all about the opacity and border tools but cant seem to get it like those. what is the secret to making those? :huh:
