I can't decide. They both have cool elements! I think you should make yours darker though. Black beats grey! It would also be fairer if you made yours transparent as well. The big black box is putting me off.

lol I honestly didn't read the picture descriptions.
I ain't the biggest fan of this type of drawing but the first one has a more cellshaded kinda deal going on, which I thought was better in the context
