Hard Gay is a guy that is straight but dresses up as a BDSM slave in order to do good things for the country of Japan. He's gotten people to clean up litter, kids to eat their vegetables, and even helped old ladies across the street.

But now it's time for his biggest job yet. Help ramen shop in Osaka get more customers! Can he do it? FIND OUT AND WATCH!

i thought him chasing the guy on the bike was pretty funny too.

I'd kinda feel weird if that were my kid though, the one on the slide. that was just so... wrong

how does this work anyway? it looks kinda like a gameshow or something

No, it's not a gameshow. He just dresses up and does these random things to people who are like "omg it's Hard Gay lets have him do whatever he wants and get away with it!". Many of the Japanese are really submissive like that. They don't want to seem like an asshole so they play along with him. Hilarity ensues ...
