I actually didn't know what it was either until just now. I thought it was just some random insult.

oh well, chances are if people put forth the effort to learn and use your first name, it generally means they like you.

for example, very few people called shin by his given name, except for a few friends he had. Mik eventually had to eat him for duche-ness...
