Well...so there making a part 4 to the series. And it is part 2 to the first game.
Like a continuing story from Wild Arms 1. Same Characters and all. And from what I have been told, you can also start with your saved game from 1, and carry it onto WildArms 4. Here is a link, you can see some pics...and listen to music.
However...it's in Jap. All it does is show you from 1-4..the characters. It's nothing major.

Now...part 1 was good....2 was the best in my opinion...however I was very disappointed with 3...I think it sucks. So, I hope this new one does not.

after the crappiness that was 3... I think I'll pass on this one.

never played any of them. they just didnt spark enuff interest in me.

everytime I hear the title though, I get this image of a group of people uncontrolably slapping themselves and one another.

so i enjoy that much of it.

They are actually really good games. With the exception of number 3. That one sucks. It sadly does. But..the first two kicked all kinds of ass. And so, I'm hopen number 4 does too...especially considering that it's a sequal to the first. Who knows how that will go.

The first one I ever got was Wild Arms 3, and it was just horrible, as you all said, and I lost all interest in the series. So I'm not looking into the new ones.

You should try the first two.
