Haha yeah. I count 16 frames there. Pure madness. In those days, you'd normally have used tables but I guess I used frames to avoid the code duplication. Since the frameset had to occupy the entire page, I had to have each border in a frame to avoid duplicating those. This was before I knew PHP and all that malarkey. But hell, server side includes would have been enough.
