Re: What color is the internet?
Shit brown. Obviously. Maybe with a slight pink tinge from all the porn.
Re: What color is the internet?
Thats not a very appealing color to work with.
That's the 2nd time this week I've heard pink for porn.
I always associate porn with purple.

So what are you doing?
Re: What color is the internet?
Trying to brand the project as a web title.
You know...
Playstation games are blue
Xbox games are green
PC games are black... I think.
I think wii games are white or silver
That kinda thing.

Re: What color is the internet?
Blue, it's the new mauve.
It's hard to define the internet as a colour because they are so many sections and product types.
While the games market has adopted a colour scheme for the border of the the tile, it's usually just around the frame, which kinda makes sense as they are a platform for the game and it's brand identity.
I'm not sure how one would make the leap to internet, cept via broswer like you said,
IE - Blue
Firefox - Orange
Opera - Red
Chrome - Yellow
Safari - Watches ?

Re: What color is the internet?
I usually use Opera but when I'm testing Chrome, I actually use Chromium, which is the open source base that Chrome is derived from. There's not a huge number of differences but the logo is a different colour so I tend to think of it as light blue.

Well I did wonder if you'd suddenly got MUCH better. The style reminds me of you but I'm guessing he's an inspiration of yours.
Re: What color is the internet?
Yep.
He's more of a painter type, and I can't paint worth a damn.
I'll probably be penciling some things in the next few weeks though.
Nearly ready to launch a site and everything.

Magnolia, cause see this is a boring, shit colour, and you always see this colour. Like in our gaff that's why we've painted some walls in coffee and hot pink. We're gonna throw some lavendar paint around aswell, make a statement see. It's gonna be mint!
If anyone understood that kudos to you (or you're probably as insane).
