I cooked this really amazing thing with scallops, porcini mushrooms and coconut a month or so ago. I wanted to make it again for my parents but I can't find the recipe for the life of me. I've looked through all my books. Maybe I didn't even get it from a book. This sucks.

well in terms of location no, it gets up to 140 fahrenheit there, & has usually 100% humidity, not to mention it's terribly bright. In Other terms, yes. you dont get shot at, so i guess that's fair.

Im here in iraq now (again >.>) and have finally settled in, gotten used to the schedule & made myself a home here in my pod-thing/bucket (whatever you call it) & things have certainly changed here over the last 3 years. =/

definitely changed for the better, yes, and the attacks & stuff are no where near as bad as it was back then. =/ there goes all the fun. oh well.

Silly us have to fork out £77 to renew Marna's passport even though it still has a few years left because she got it not long before we got married. Damn maiden names!
