it's sit george on my screen too, I'll check the server version thoguh I'll doubt it'll be different.

Yep still the same, I found this happens somethimes when you upload an item of the same name, although it's different name on your screen it still gets upload as av-4.jpg or whatever I find it happens more with jpg's I don't know why,

I cna delete the server version now and you cna try uploading again if you want.
