new pet project
Lost interest.
but its ben recently regained.
however I'm going to try to go in a new direction.
somthing that looks like eternal sonata, but still retains a lot of the original oject idea.
so here's a toon shaded shot, with very bad light, no textures, and ink that isnt yet put to a formula.
before i go any further with the character, I'm going to be working out a scene for her to mess about it first.

I dont know if you planned on keeping this weapon or toss it, or even for future reference on weapons.kaos wrote:edit:
one gun idea I was thiking about.
you cant see it well enuff be the text on it says "compensator 9000"
probably change it considering the character is a girl.
It has an interesting design, looks like it'll fuck something up if you fire from close range, cause the accuracy on that wouldn't be much anything past throwing darts especially if it's a sub machine gun. Though one thing i noticed; A magazine clip pushes ammo out with a spring after the bolt carrier has returned to it's rear position for it to strip another round from it. Your magazine isn't really that practical since it's all angled likes, you'll get a blockage after like 3 shots. Because magazines are designed as being bent slightly toward the muzzle so the tip of the bullet rides the shorter end of a semi circle wheres the larger end rides the larger part of the semi circle pattern of the magazine, therefore pushing the ammo out correctly; the angled magazine will only cram bullets around the corner and destrip the spring out of place (and those are a bittch putting back in).
Probably overlooking that, and im sure it was just an idea that could be shaped into but hasn't yet, but just something for ya to keep in mind
Appreciate it shane.
I'm not even sure if I'm doing guns anymore at this point (thats not to say i'm going with swords either). but i'll keep it in mind.
Its what my instructor called "fresh eys"
you have to get away from somthing for a while then come back too it to really see it.
could still use minor tweaks here and there.
but theirs no use right now with the lack of textures.

I fixed the nose.
its now a bit more pronounced and so that the lens shader can see it, and draw the lines appropriately...or the best i could get it.
I cant post a pic at the moment tho cuzz my PC is tripping.
but beyond that I'm starting to envision a role for the character.
and ive added a few new things.
i'll get the pic when i can.
in the mean time heres a pic from a few days ago.

omg that looks ownage.
Sword kinda resembles a swiss army knife. I think it's the big hilt and the multibladed thing that sets off the First Sword parallels.
A Comic style cover would own face, I think faces would actually melt.

Actually, I was asleep when I first saw that, he's right, the sword owns. By Cloud syndrome, I was obviously referring to the weedy arm holding the massive sword.
