seemann

From those killer tunes that you heard 6 years ago in the back of a mini bus, heading into Utah, or the songs that are on the radio now. This is the place. (No R&B please, because it doesn't exist)

Come into my boat
a storm arises
and it night
where want you
so all alone
float you of it
who holds your hand
if it you
pulls downward
where want you
so endlessly
the cold sea
come into my boat
the autumn wind holds
the sails stand
tautly now you at the lantern with
tears in the face
the daylight falls there on the side
the autumn wind sweeps the road stand
empty now you at the lantern have
tears in the face
the evening light hunts there the shade
the time stands still and it will autumn
come into my boat
the longing becomes
the attendant
come into my boat
the best sailor
was I line up
now nevertheless you there the lantern
have tears in the face
the fire take you from the candle
the time stands still and it becomes autumn
you spoke only of your nut/mother
so merciless is only the night
at the end remain I nevertheless alone
the time stands still
and me is cold

An Apocalyptica cover of a Rammstein song. Cool. :) I saw Apocalyptica live at a festival last year, they were fucking awesome. Thanks for the translation, I never knew what that song was about, even though you can actually hear it say "Come in my boat". German is weird like that.

I think the german words are just close to the english and the mind does the rest.

yeah the actual lyrics are;

Komm in mein Boot.

Well yeah, that's what I meant. It's the same with Sonne. You can just about hear "Here comes the sun."
