no and i think most people feel that way, even though there's very little if no evidence to support it. Unless you count that feeling that this life is not the end.

randomness ahead.

reincarnation

maybe babies scream when they come out of the womb cuzz they have a massive brain ache due to all the past memories from another life being snatched away in a matter of seconds.

now you could turn that into a twilight zone thing if the memories either didnt erase or erase properly.

end randomness

or maybe babies scream because they just spent 5 hours being forced out of a hole the size of a quarter, naked, only to became blinded by bright lights, have their feeding tube cut, and get slapped on the ass by some strange guy wearing a mask

you both have good points....Ben's being the most logical....however I once "died", it wasn't an experience that i happened to enjoy but it has made me look on life in another way.

Reincaration is pointless to believe because it a techincal sense it is true. I am someway am made up of past creatures and vegetable matter through the act of eating but I remember nothing of 'former lives' therefore when this life ends I shall not in the next 'life' remember this one, I still stop being me, I as a entity do not exisist anymore. Call it a soul if you must thought I hestiate to do so has gone all that remains is rotting tissue.

for those exact reasons reiancarnation holds a higher level in my book than others

in a technical sense yeah, you're reborn in the form of living matter elseware, your nutriants go back tot eh planet

unless you get an air tight coffen that perfectly preserves you

man I am very much against burials

I would.

ahes to ashes dust to dust.
(aint you glad i wasnt us?)

I dunno what it is about being buried.
usually i could chalk it up as me going against the norm. but its not that.
I'd rather be dust flaks than to be taking forever to rot away.

oh yeah they did a study.
most coffins dont make it. when they pile the dirt on, their comes a point when its too much and the coffin collapses.

for the record. my reincarnation bit was a pure imagination thing.
