You've left
I'm all alone
The emptiness seeps in
Filling me full of sorrow, regret, loss
Where did we go wrong?
Why did we fight?
Did you have to go?

You've left
I'm all alone
I hear the sound of my lonely tears
I sob, the pain is unbearable
A chasm of despair opens in my heart
I didn't mean tohurt you
Dissapoint you
Make you cry
I'm sorry...how can i make it right?
Maybe i can't

You've left
I'm all alone
My despair drifts into my dreams
I see you
You're running from me...from us...from what we were
Now i'm drowning in a lake of tears
I can't reach the surface...i can't breath
I wake cold and alone
You're no longer there beside me
Not like you used to be
I have nobody to comfort me, to tell me everything is okay
Sleep takes me once more
As i renew my fruitless chase...
...to find you and hold u close

good poem aye. fortunately, it's not quite wacky enough to have it in general.

Anyone who has ever spent a lonely hour of longing, can certainly identify with your words. It's a very beautiful poem. I like it a lot. :)
