yes, indeed, the legendary nightwish are playing at the manchester academy one on the 18th feb, and i'm goin to it... yaaay.

these guys actually met them once. Stayed at the same hotel with them and everything. (minus the chick, she stayed with her husband) They said they were pretty cool, quite a good bunch and everything. I was stupid enough to miss out on that concert 'cause i had to work, but i do like the music.

are we talking like... Manchester Vermont or somewhere else?

I've been meaning to get tickets to this. I should really get my arse in gear. According to their website, it hasn't sold out yet. Hope it isn't too pricey. Ticketmaster is overloaded right now. Dammit.

He means the real Manchester.

As with my usual luck with concerts, I was going to go see them back in August, but alas, it got cancelled.

As with the Korn concert I was going to go to 2 years ago, my "first" Lacuna Coil one I was supposed to go to, and the Type O Negative one back in October.

Course, when it comes to my favorite bands, they always seemed to get cancelled.
