There's an option in Winamp to do it, if you use that. Anyways, when you use the playlist editor, know the option where you can sort you list out and all that? Well, somewhere around there, there should be an option that says "Generate HTML playlist"... OR instead of doing all that, just press Ctrl+Alt+G. Then it's easy to figure out from there.
