Pretty much, but in a super negative condemnation.

Take "Fan Boy" and make it pretty much socialistic illness.

The story is about an Otaku who finds out one day that he has a nine year old daughter.

The story starts off with the girl learning to cope with her Otaku father, then starting to love him. The drama ramps up big time towards the end.

Polite rapist, might be a better definition in hindsight.

Depends on what "Polite Rapist" means.
