I don't think so, I believe the name is a real person the just take the concept and run with it

keira knightely is pro, when she's not doing films she runs around the woods of England in Woad, owning foolish romans all the time and eating raw deer.

must've been during, i read an interview with kiera and she said she asked the real domino harvey how she should be while on set.

Yea Domino died towards the end of the movie..but doesn't that kind of ruin the movie? I mean i'm pretty sure they don't show her dieing..unless it's a conspiracy o.0
