Sign up for games rentals and you get a 60 day free trial. I've done that. Rented COD4 and Halo 3. Halo 3 was scratched to buggery, so they sent me another copy and another game off my list as a bonus allocation. Then, for some reason they sent another game, as well. I'm only supposed to have two at a time and I've managed to get 4! Pretty good site for UK people.

I've thought about using them before but haven't been so inclined now that I have satellite TV with more anime than I have time to watch. They've just acquired Amazon's DVD rental service. I gather that was pretty good too.

it's not showing yet, it's pretty small. But I've got about 40 games queued up. I should've gone for the 3 disc thing. I just never knew it was a 60 day free trial.

Most of them are ones I've thought "eh, maybe" about and never boethered to try. So for the free-ness, can't be bad.

Well, £14.99 is fine by me. Especially now, for some reason, I have a total of 4 games. I'm supposed to have 2. I've paid for none.

nah i just dont find the point of a demo for me. Most demos are usually lvls of the game or near enough so i can exp it from the full game. Am not a trade in kinda guy i have never really sold a game and if i play a few lvls and love it am gonna buy it even like it i will. Demo's to me are like trailers, they can show ya a good time but if ya go and watch it or play it, its totally shit. Stranglehold, i played a demo of that and it looked pretty good. It was fun. But it was the same shit over and over again. Theres alot of games like that.
Most demo's i've play may not be finished but they make it way to good for what a game really is. Like trailers are all the best bits of the movie and the rest is shit. I just rather play the real thing and limit myself to a certain point and then say stop and think if i should to get it.

Aye. I said somewhere that demo's aren't ever long enough. They give you a really great level from the game. You go out and buy it and it turns out to be shit. Like, by jove am I glafd I didn't waste my money on Halo 3. It's fucking shit. Glad I rented it first. Now, COD4, glad I rented that, I'll be buying that when it's cheaper than £30
I will not pay £30 or more for a game. I refuse.

I think Tesco DVD rentals are apart of Lovefilm.com. I get my DVD rentals from there. I have to check the games, sounds pretty nifty to be honest
