apparently you dont even have to touch the blue things to get burned. just being in the area will fry you

13 is timing and pure luck.
I'm stuck on level 34 now.
that thing is locked tight.
I dont remember which number 9 is....

spoiler...i guess
shoot a portal in the ceiling...
line it up to one in the floor....
jump in the floor portal and you'll start falling thru both portals infanitly and very fast.
in the middle of a fall, shoot an exit portal closer to the wall on the right...
the momentum you got from all that falling should, be enough to toss you upward and over the wall.
now youre in that little sort of pocket?
shoot a portal as high on the wall to the left as you can...
shoot the other as far on the right on the floor as you can...
jump in.
you should exit from the wall and fall into the floor again...
this time the momentum should be strong enough to spit you out of the wall and on to the other platform.
and you can just run to the exit.

but I think that that first block is good right were it is for the time being.
i moved it, realized i shouldnt have, and then had a hard time getting it back.
