It's not quite ready yet but it should be tomorrow. Despite the disappointing lack of interest in the Half-Life and Counterstrike servers, I will also be adding an Unreal Tournament server to our arsenal. Because the machine is no speed demon and because of the lack of interest so far, they shall switch over each day instead of being run at the same time. The server version will be 451. Clients need to be at least 432. If you're still running 436, that's probably because all the versions after that are kinda unofficial. Go here for the latest stuff.

I'm pretty sure I've seen this in HMV for as little as £5 before.

I know someone who used to play UT on a Pentium 166 with a 2MB 3DFX card. What's your excuse?

Sorry about the delay, I've been compiling OpenOffice on this thing and that takes like a whole day. Gentoo didn't include any nifty scripts to manage a UT dedicated server so I went and wrote my own. That's taken me ages but I'm fucking proud of the result and when I'm happy that it's finally ready, I'll post it off to the Gentoo guys so other people can use it. It's almost ready now, just gotta polish it off a bit.

I'm sorry but I don't find that funny at all. I'm hoping to become a game developer in the very near future.
