Well, my mom has a cable modem, but no wifi. I'll have to sort that out and find out if that stuff is even compatible with my Macs. When I was home at Xmas, the cable wouldn't even fit into my modem port. It would be nice if I just had to pay like $30 to get the Wifi card.

Cable modems (usually) just use regular ethernet cables. You should at least be able to plug your Mac into it.

I had both a modem and ethernet port, but neither worked for it. Boo. No worries though. Tell Marna to trade with me this summer!

I bought Platinum the other day (due to all the Wifi Bonuses) and I have 88 pokemon on my Pokedex and have 4 gym badges right now. If anybody is still playing this and would like to trade, let me know! I still have loads and loads of Pokemon for trade.
