Dudes... for a planet that was torn apart... it's beautiful.

They need to fix some things though... like stopping me from killing the bankers in the new safe haven city... that would be a good start. The LFG system needs some tweeks... and I'd like to be able to use hunters mark on my draenie hunter so I can show the new graphics to people.

The open Cave of Time is so fucking cool... and you can mount in it... so I'm happy.

Wow, you're in the beta? I didn't realise they were doing the cavern of time yet, can't wait for the launch.

I know someone in beta nice enough to let me play their account.

Sadly... I don't get to toy around with my own class.

lol Blizzard do like to take the piss with their damage sometimes. The 1million nature dmg is still my favorite .. total overkill.

So far everything I've heard about TBC I've really disliked, I don't think they are thinking long term

I personally love how they are making pvp more casual friendly. I hate the way you have to give up your life if you want to get to the high ranks.

Burning crusade.

it shouldn't be casual friendly, I know it sucks for the guy that spends 2 hours a day playing but tough, it's a MMO loot distribution risk vs reward vs time spent.

Conceivably, given current reported pointage everyone could get HW grade gear in a couple of weeks if they actually tried.

They have good intentions of course, trying to remove gear disparately, extreme spike damage and of course the all famous 'one shoting'.

Current HW gear is = the best PvE available gear, if you make PvP this easy it's a giant fuck you to PvE, given the fact that instance PvP is soo fucking mundune already once you achieve R14 grade gear ... what's there to do. This happened to an IRL friend of mine, he got R14 he PvP'd >12 hours a day he finished and was like .. what now ? PvE ? but I only need like maybe 3 pieces of gear but I'd never get them off rogues.

End Game is soo linear it hurts.

2 years since release, MMO's have been sunk for less.

Ah, it's still in favour of the hardcore gamer. I'm sure they will create PVP armour sets that will take months of PVP to obtain, thus casual gamers would take 1-2 years trying to get it. They just stopped the PVP aspect of the game being impossible for casual people. It's something I admire about this game, they cater to lots of different people.

True dat... now it's a save system instead of a compatition.

Sure it might take time for some compared to others... but at least people just now rolling on an old server have a candle of hope. (It's only a candle though... cause leveling to 70 to get said armor on an established server would be a bitch... well... a REAL server that is.... pvp)

Look the new hunter's mark.
