Sorry, but me and Microsoft just aren't feeling the love for eachother at the moment.

1. The cost of the Xbox 360 Core Pack is about $498 ($Aud) (At Big W aka Wallmart when on SALE) The full one is AU$649.95. The games retail when new for $98.84 ($AUD) ONE LOW PRICE! (Someone fucking shoot me)

Microsoft elected not to package an Xbox Live headset with the premium system,a Media Remote is included instead. Guess what they did instead. Microsoft released a "VIP Pack" priced at AU$149.95, that contains Perfect Dark Zero, a Faceplate, Wireless Controller, promotional DVD, and membership to the Xbox 360 VIP website. Purchased separately, the price of the items would add up to AU$209.85. So if i was to get online i'd probably have to go with that. But guess what... STILL NO FUCKING HEADSET... basically i have to fork out all that money for no real reason at all $50 actually.

You speak of saving money. HAH! I laugh at you! Continuously till i run out of breath.
I have a $50 phone card that usually lasts me like 2.5 months of talking to ben. 12cent text and the internet. i think this works out much more economically. I can speak to him whenever i want as long as i either have my mobile phone or a land line. No clunky tv and 360 to lug around. :P

2. Have you tried to speak to Ben when he's doing anything else but actually speaking to you? Especially when he's SLEEP DEPRIVED??!?!?! Did you never talk to Ben when he played Burn Out 3 or whatever it was.... when he was completely anti social until he completed his 3 hour race thing.

3. It's an Xbox and on the hierarchy of next gen consol goodness they are second last with the evil PS3 being last (because retailing at premium AU$999 ($680 US), standard A$829 ($570 US) can you say bastards)

Then there is Wii AUD$399.95 ($US$300) (With much loved Zelda! Yay!)

I don't have much time for playing games anyway... especially 7th generation games that want to rip me off. :(

4. If i got a 360 Tom would be laughing at me for getting one because he knows how much i loath the black brick and the white brick.

I'm thinking of Skype. But it means i need to get my computer fixed. The fan is broken/loose and is making horrible sounds, and get a headset.

Which is out of my way... so i'm sort of lazy.

What was awesome?

I break a set of headphones on about once every 3 months, not for any rage purposes, okay maybe 1 cause of that ... and a chair but general use, suprising the set I picked up from GAME have last me like 4 months now and cost £5

Headphones I'm definately bad at breaking. Though I don't use them much now a days because I no longer walk to work or go for a run in the morning that often. I used to break a pair or loose a pair about the same amount of time.
I used to by a cheap pair because I got soooo annoyed at how fast they broke. I swear the pair you get with your discman etc are like perfect and last for like 1-2years...then BHAM.... they break...dodgy left right sound feedback and dead. Then you can't get a replacement pair identical to those ones and either have to buy the $87 to get a decent pair... or the cheaper...but much much crappier ones. Though Koss usually have decent ones for there price range.

I figure i would need the headset though in order to use Xbox Live.
