Over the past couple of months, Aura has been frequently very slow for me. I have been unable to confirm whether it is my own ISP or the ISP of the server that is to blame. I have very little faith in the server's ISP but I have reason to believe it may not be their fault. Has anyone else noticed any severe slowness? For me, it slows down to the point where it's almost not working at all. Sometimes it's fine though.

Dunno how releveant this is as it was somthing from way back...
but it seemdde like the site was always unacessable once an hour about the same time.

like 1:05 then 2:05 then 3:05 etc...

I havent noticed it lately tho. but you know how time works out.
if its still somthing that happens it could be happening at a different time by now.

anyway when that happend it would be down for for like a minute or 2 then it be fine again.

but like I said, it may not even be occuring now.

James, don't you distrust the entire internet, so you proxy through Jersey, anyway?

That might explain the slowness. It's fine for me :P

I was proxying through Jersey because it was slow. Now I'm trying to find out why it's happening.

Johnny, that must have been aaages ago when we switched server. I had to restart it every hour or so at first due to a memory leak.

i find that every so often i can't access the site, Mik knows the last time it happened to me which was some time last week.

Most sites in general are slow for me so i don't feel it.

That was someone hacking the sites DNS server, iirc.

This place loads fine for me.
