Richard Gilmore, the owner of this server, is actually known to them as the X-File. He has had continuous problems with them over the past three years. They've replaced practically everything from his house to the exchange, I think they even digged up the road, but things still go wrong. He must speak to them at least once a week. I spoke to him yesterday and we decided he should switch to NewTel, the other company over there. The problem is, like BT over here, JT play the monopolist and they own the grid.
