yea dude, its been in the papers for months and i've been sayin it for months. But seemly the bid of £1.5b got acceptted there just waiting for Trading Standards approveal. Somerfield wanted 2.5b but just couldt get it. Tho seemly the Coop will be selling off 200 stores and Iceland are lookin insterested but i doubt the Kinross one will get sold as its a pretty high valued store.

Now i need to shoot myself for knowing all that shit

I work for a department store called BonTon. Really my part of the country is Elder-Beerman because they went across from the east coast through the midwest buying up privately owned department stores.

But i don't actually work for any store, I work for corporate through their online/1-800 number. I take the ads and catalogs we send out to our credit card holders and find every last freakin' UPC (universal product code, bar code, sku number, whatever the fuck you want to call it) for the items pictured and put them onto an excel spreadsheet with their information, sizing and price. then I load that into this stupid order-entry program for the call center to place orders for the crazies that call in. I'm also in charge of the offices "Spirit Committee" that directs events and raises money for parties and stuff.

It's a nice job, my boss likes me because I'm effecient and organized, and I get to write my own schedule. I don't actually have to take calls that often, and I can pretty much do whatever I want as long as my work gets done. It's nice for extra long smoke breaks. :)
