Anybody have any insight on setting up a wikipedia type of setup on a website?
I need to create one to for project I'm working on.
It would really help keep shit both organized and easy to access.
and hopefully be an interesting read once its done.

seems that a mediawiki installation would be overkill.
what are the alternatives? aside from pure html?

I've never installed it myself but MediaWiki is probably no harder to install than anything else worth bothering with. We use it at work.

I have one on for this website I'm suppose to setup (haven't been arsed yet, I spend 3 weeks messing around in photoshop instead), the previous guy made it super restrictive so no-one ever used it.

When I'm bored, I'll maybe set it up again.
