We're on a $6 a month package with Surpass hosting. I think they do cheaper than that.

ah thats no chewi i dont get my hosting from him. I get my hosting through gaz. Chewi is just code support lol. Well Manchester is the nearest cheap server farm to us, and seemly we have to install the server, make sure its running ok and in the correct specs, they are really fussy about the power it will use. If anything goes wrong we go down and repair it so Manchester is the best choice.

As we are headin down that way again next year at Oct for the other Play.com Event.

Not sure if we are doing a game server lol i just thought it be good. Just some FPS not sure

It would seem like a bitch to go all the way from Perth to Manchester, if the server goes down and all. Especially as the server is in Manchester, where is the server at? Manchester is a vast area.

It would be good for me, though, not living that far from Manc and all. But I have zero interests in running my own server.

Hey guys. I Need some feedback on an idea i've just had.

It is possible for me to build my entire site using phpfusion, thus giving all signed in members acces to private messages, seeing who is logged in etc. I would also be able to edit/update my pages live.

Can anyone see any negative aspects/problems that might arise from building my site this way?

That's what PHP-Fusion is designed for, isn't it?
