Anyone ever seen a tattoo grow or change into something else, over time and sessions?

All this time I've been thinking I need to get my spinal tatt 100% then go get inked.

Now I'm rethinking that, and thinking about just getting random additions to the one base tattoo instead.

might be cool to see the evolution of it after a few years.

A girl that is a friend of the family got a rose tatooed around her belly button, and then 2 months later got pregnant. It's all streached out and nasty looking now... lol

And my fiance has a tatoo he's been adding to on his back for a while, and I like that alot better than one big thing all at once. It's a cooler progression.

Finally started real work on my tattoo.

I've been designing logos most of the week for a client.
figured I might as well do something for myself.

I'm going to have to give them different staves, add ankhs, decide who gets what kind of bands and where, & make one of their belts more decorative.

Not to mention, I have to thicken up the negative space just so it will work properly for tattooing and add the cartouche panels.

call this a draft.

a draft I'll probably put to use for either an ear project or one of my own

Tattooing Egyptian Gods on your ear is pretty badass.

That's not what he meant by ear. He meant EAR.

I think I'll be getting a dead pirate in the next few weeks.

I just sketched one out that looks pretty decent
