I was supposed to be doing some skinnning stuff, to learn how phpbb v3.0 works, which dispite looking difficult seems to be pretty easy, but I haven't bothered, I'll prolly do it between games tommorow.

Had a little halloween movie marathon at my house and about 8 friends came. We watched Prom Night (sucked but it had Japanese subtitles for the Japanese people that came), Poltergeist, Planet Horror, and the first Alien movie. We ate lots of snacks, drank beer, and made fun of Prom Night MST3000 style :). It was enjoyble and ended at 5 am this morning.

I don't like Unreal it's like a bad Quake 3. They make a pretty engine but the game itself I don't agree with at all.

I was waiting for you to say that. :P I'll have to disagree but Quake II was awesome. I cut my online gaming teeth on that.

I still have a nice pearly white set of online gaming teeth. Quake 3 was shite, I played it on the PS2, though. Still shite. Quake 1 > All

I'm selling shti on e-bay and rapidly learning that they fucking skank you something rotten. I sold Halo 1 and 2 for £20 + £2.99 P&P Good deal? Not for me. Postage cost me £2.54, which was fine. Paypal/ebay charged me a fee of £0.98 for selling something at £20, wow. So I'm down about 50p on that one (though up because I bought each copy for £5 from mates) but yeah, that, sucks. I'm started to learn the value of exceedingly high postage costs. So, now, all my items are £4 P&P (Which is good because, at that ,I'm going to send everything recorded delivery, first class, same day I receive payment)

Other than that, I'm great.

its not just that u wull have ebay fees to. U get a min of 10p or 15p or something an item then a pentcentage of the winning total too XD i think the wining total am not totally sure about that one tho. I think am right

So thats ur paypal fee for reciving money, ebay listing fee and then ebay final pencentage fee i think

Yeah, the Ebay fees are gay, they stopped sellers from recouping the cost of the fees by charging the buyer about 2 years ago as well. Paypal fees are % based, it'n not to bad when it's just a coupla quid but if you start selling alot of stuff or high prices it's a little pricey something of £200 value gets a charge of like 6-7 pounds in Paypal fees, I use a protx account via andale checkout for these kind things. But these are solutions for consistantly selling product, if it's just the odd thing, yeah you just have to like it.

research. Georgia history.
oh and playing demos on xbl

noticed a shitload of games using the ue engine.
but what it comes down to is the game itslef some of them are pretty ass. while others are brilliant.

i think the engine itself is really nothing more than a status symbol among game developers atm.
