I just read something in the Newspaper today about bit Torrent. A guy in Hong Kong was getting sued because he uploaded 3 movies to a bit torrent client. His defense is saying the act of uploading isn't illegal, but it becomes illegal for the person who downloads the file (not the person who uploads it).

hehe a techincality that in more than likely will not work, but that logic a bootlegs isn't doing anything illegal the person buying it is.

I use uTorrent, cause I like pretty graphs

utorrent is the best I've used so far and I've used a fair few. Very customisable and small.
