Ok, you ever have someone throw something into your food without telling you that you weren't expecting?

Dad put bitter melon ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitter_melon ) in my chow mein and gawd, now my mouth feels all ick. I don't CARE if it's good for you, it still tastes gross.

This is worse then the medicinal tea my mum made me drink as a child.

Come to think of it, what as a kid did your parents make you eat or drink?

Well if anyone put something my Scotch Broth soup this afternnon I'd have been pissed.

Pineapple on pizza, is about the only thing I can't understand.

I used to hate onions as a kid, but my mom liked them so, if she made stuff she'd just put them in. I eventually got used to it, even like onions now.

I hate it when people add salt to my food just before getting served to me(my mum is good at this) as i don't take any extra salt on my food at all(only what i used in cooking it) so all i taste is the salt which isn't nice.

I agree with Trigo about the salt. I'm convinced people just salt things out of habit.

An old roommate from Hawaii shared a powerful salt candy with me once. Of course he didn't tell me what it was. It was so strong that I couldn't eat it. I can't remember what it was called, but it warned me away when someone tried the same trick on me years later.

My mom used to make me drink cough syrup when I had colds. That was always the worst.

One time I got tropical Starburst out of the vending machine by accident (I wanted regular) and... Well let's just say those are the nastiest shit. I almost puked the second I took a bite of one.

Well having colds every other week didn't help. Plus have you ever had tropical starburst? Besides it was the only things I could think of at the moment

Although taste is a pretty subjective topic. One person could say something they find totally disgusting while another could say they eat that everyday.

That's karma for you slipping me the coconut chicken

and yeah, anytime there's traces of coconut in something i can taste it, and it's disgusting, especially if i'm not expecting it.

the chicken wasn't so bad because it was only really minor traces. I only tasted it a couple of times, and it was mild enough to ignore if i tried.

I like coconut. Marna isn't too keen but she'll eat it sometimes at least. It isn't very good for you though.

I can imagine there isn't much in a coconut that can sustain a human for too long.
