Actually Steve Jobs has been responding positively to the demands from Europe but he also passed the buck onto the record companies - who then kinda handed it back to Apple. I think an effort to open things up a bit needs to be made from both sides but my guess is that the record companies are the least willing of the two.

I never saw the point of an iPod
especially considering it came after your basic mp3 player.

you want fashion? you can buy white headphones anywhere.

I was given an iPod for Christmas from my parents. I sent it back to them! You might think that's very rude but I sent it back because it was totally wasted on me. I never go anywhere so I'd never use it and I certainly don't need an overpriced player like that. My mother was most pleased because she kept it for herself.

I dont think I could give anything back, even if I didnt need it.

So naturally I've been stuck with a lot of useless crap before.

it gets really bad when the crap happens to be nasty food.

Fudge is horrible
