Will, series 2 just finished, you should be able to download both.

I've read the books but I still really like where they are going with the series, I can understand why they have made certain changes to the plot etc.

Guild Wars 2, worth giving a shot?

So the pre-start ends soon and the realms are open to the non-prepurchased people... Worth it or not?

I liked the look of the Slyvari but not a big fan of the professions. Anyone started playing yet?

Re: 50 Shades of a Motherf^%&er

I recommend Jacqueline Carey for her storytelling, not her smut. She just happens to do some decent smut. If your looking for something to read. N.K Jemisen is really interesting, you have Kindle right? I could Kindle loan you some books. I'm going to re-read Naomi Novak's Temerier books when I get ...

Re: Battlestar Galatica (2004)

Caprica apparently wasn't meant to be a prelude to BSG originally. I think that had it been a standalone sci-fi series it would of lasted longer than a season. It's very hard to tell a story that fits in with years worth of prior story telling and still remaining fresh. I liked most of it until it w...

Re: Every time I log onto Aura...

No, Matt had PM'ed me some info on Ram. I was wanting to update my ram and had posted on FB.

So really, it was Matt. I did try and find a link to it, but googling Aura and Forums and stuff doesn't turn up anything useful. (I wasn't trying very hard)

Re: John Carter of Mars

I actually really liked it. You've got to remember that John carter actually pre-dates Starwars so alot of those concepts aren't ripped off from Starwars. If anything Johncarter the books influenced starwars.

Mik you should read Jacqueline Carey's Kushiel books if your looking for that kind of book with a plot. I haven't touched them, won't even put it on my E-reader and i'm a member of a vaginal fantasy bookclub.

Aww grats on the baby Will.

I was left in charge over the lab on the weekend after 4 people called in sick, a full day behind and with no support. Head so full of work I was dreaming of work. Never agreeing to have my shifts changed from tues-sat to Thursday-Monday EVER again. Killing me.
